These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to AICreativeVideo, operated by NguyenHaiLong. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and intended users

The Service is being developed for authorized advertisers and eCommerce businesses. You represent that you have authority to bind the organization you act for.

Ownership and rights in uploaded assets

You must own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, process, localize, and publish every asset you submit, including video, audio, scripts, trademarks, music, and likenesses.

People appearing in videos

People appearing in submitted videos must meet TikTok’s applicable requirements, including age, consent, and advertising rules. You are responsible for obtaining required releases.

No unauthorized user-generated content

You may not upload unauthorized user-generated content. Do not submit videos scraped, copied, or taken from TikTok users or other platforms without authorization.

TikTok policies

You may not submit content that violates TikTok Advertising Policies or TikTok Community Guidelines, including prohibited products, misleading claims, and restricted creative.

AI outputs

AI-generated translations, voices, subtitles, and lip-sync results may contain errors, omissions, or unnatural speech. You must review all outputs before publication or advertising use. You remain responsible for the final creative.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes, including:

• Fraud, impersonation, or misleading advertising.
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempts to probe, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
• Uploading malware or harmful code.
• Unauthorized access to TikTok accounts, tokens, or data.

Suspension of access

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or TikTok policies, or if continued access would create security, legal, or reputational risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NguyenHaiLong is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or advertising performance, arising from the Service or from AI outputs. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
