Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how NguyenHaiLong (“we”, “us”) may process information when you use AICreativeVideo (the “Service”). It is written to support TikTok Marketing API app registration and related product development. It is not a certification of compliance with any specific privacy framework.

Information we may process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Contact details you provide, such as name, company, and email address.
• Video assets, scripts, captions, and related creative files that you upload.
• Technical logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request paths.
• API authorization information from TikTok, such as advertiser identifiers and OAuth state needed to complete a login. We do not display App Secrets, authorization codes, or access tokens in the website or API responses.

Video assets and API authorization information

Uploaded videos and related metadata are processed only to provide translation, dubbing, subtitle, and lip-sync features you request. TikTok authorization data is processed only to complete advertiser authorization and, once the integration is configured, to call TikTok APIs on your behalf.

Purpose of processing

• Operate and improve the Service.
• Authenticate advertisers through TikTok’s OAuth flow.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Protect the Service against abuse and unauthorized access.
• Meet legal, security, and contractual obligations, including TikTok Developer Terms where they apply.

No sale of TikTok data

We do not sell TikTok data. Information obtained through TikTok APIs is not sold to data brokers or other third parties.

No sharing with unauthorized third parties

We do not share TikTok data or your uploaded assets with unauthorized third parties. Service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the Service may process data only under instructions and only as needed to perform those functions.

Security measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including HTTPS in production, HTTP-only cookies for OAuth state, access controls, and least-privilege handling of API secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Authorization codes are short-lived and are not stored as a product feature in this version of the Service. You may request deletion of personal information we hold by contacting us.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. The rights available to you depend on your location and the legal basis for processing.

TikTok Developer Terms and applicable laws

When the Service uses TikTok APIs, we intend to handle TikTok data in line with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok Marketing API terms, and applicable law. Creating a TikTok app or completing OAuth does not by itself authorize every TikTok product or API.
